Sentiance awarded best New Payment Experience in Visa’s Everywhere Initiative
Visa recognized Sentiance for having the most innovative offering that can help financial and commerce companies provide personalized engagement and experiences for their consumers. The award was given as part of Visa’s Everywhere Initiative for 2018 at the Mobile World Congress<span”> in Shanghai.
Visa’s Everywhere Initiative China is part of a global innovation program that incentivizes companies to solve the payments and commerce challenges of the future. Solutions developed as part of the initiative are made available to Visa’s vast network of partners.
During Mobile World Congress Shanghai held on 27 – 29 June 2018, Visa announced the winners of “The Everywhere Initiative” competition in China. Among more than one hundred contestants, Sentiance was named the best in new payment experience category.
“Most commercial banks in China are investing heavily in mobile apps as they see them as an important e-commerce platform. The goal is to connect with the customer based on their daily life routines in order to increase loyalty and long term customer profitability. Sentiance’s platform allows banks to get to know their customers’ individual lifestyles and needs by identifying the key moments to engage with each customer. The recognition by VISA’s Everywhere Initiatives is a real validation of our value proposition to the financial market in China.
