You’ve been with us for a couple of weeks now, what are you currently working on?
I am currently creating microservices for spark. I am also setting up AWS container services for those micro services to run in. To make sure nothing breaks we are also creating continuous builds (so that we can punish the one who breaks the build ).
I assume you’ve got Journeys installed for a while now, what does your Journeys profile say about you?
Well journeys says I am an early riser who has an easy commute and that I am a resto-lover. Can’t argue with that.
What do you do when you’re not staring at your computer screen?
I have a few hobbies that keep me busy. I enjoy going for day trips with my motorcycle during the weekends. I also have a large fascination with the Japanese culture, which ranges from comics to art to food to the language itself, so that keeps me busy as well.
Any quirky facts about yourself you’d like to share with us?
People told me that it’s weird that I know the full lyrics to “The final countdown” from the rock group Europe :).
We recently introduced healthy lunches and an hour of yoga at the office. What are your thoughts so far?
